Shipping policy
At UNIQPROTAC Tactical Gear, we are committed to getting your high-performance gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs for orders within the United States.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Please note that this does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please Note: These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs (for territories). Delivery dates are based on the carrier's business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your delivery address, and the weight of your order.

We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight services are not available for P.O. Boxes.

We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses will vary.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times and additional shipping charges.
7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. UNIPRO is not liable for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 48 hours after shipment, please contact us at sales@uniprotac.com, and we will help you initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at sales@uniprotac.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will incur additional shipping fees.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages

UNIQPROTAC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office and neighbors first if you face this situation.

If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement.
10. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our separate [Return & Refund Policy] page for detailed information. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
