Tracking Orders
Q: How can I track my order?
A: UniPro works with reliable global logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery worldwide.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or correction — and UniPro will cover all return shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items.
Returns
Q: How do I return my order?
A: Please refer to our detailed [Return Policy] and fill out the RMA Form to start your return process. Our support team will guide you through every step.
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
If there’s a discrepancy between the actual and displayed shipping fee, UniPro reserves the right to adjust to the accurate rate. In such cases, we will contact you directly — you may choose to proceed or cancel your order.
Q: Does UniPro ship to FPO and APO addresses?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: Our standard delivery time is 10–20 business days worldwide for orders placed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, CST).
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs policies, local regulations, or unforeseen events. As shipping carriers are responsible for final delivery, UniPro is unable to offer compensation for delays beyond our control.
Discounts & Exclusions
Q: Why isn’t my discount code working?
A: Please ensure that you are logged into your UniPro account before applying your discount code. Some codes may have specific eligibility requirements, such as product exclusions or limited-time offers.
